Annemarie graduated from California State University San Marcos with a master’s degree in social work and is currently registered as an associate social worker. She recently worked in a psychiatric inpatient unit as a clinical social worker, providing case management and trauma-informed care to children and adolescents.
Annemarie’s background includes a bachelor’s degree in human development and five years working in K-6 special education. During her undergraduate years, she volunteered at Rady Children’s Hospital in both the Acute Care Pavilion and Autism Discovery Institute. She loves working with children and families, and strongly supports Angels’ mission which prioritizes the well-being of the child and family.
Annemarie spends her free time with her husband and family, enjoys competitive distance running, and loves to travel.
